General Guidelines

  1. Observe due diligence to avoid any injuries. The Park will not be liable for any injuries due to negligence.

  2. Allergies that may develop shall be the guest’s own lookout. Guests with any medical conditions or food restrictions should be mindful and advise the Park.

  3. The Park will not be liable for any food-borne illnesses coming from food brought by the guest or food bought from the Park's accredited food provider.

  4. Guests must bring their own toiletries, blankets, and personal items.

  5. Guests may bring pets. Pets are not allowed in room accommodations and must be leashed.

  6. Vehicles are allowed only in the parking space.

  7. Guests must keep their valuables safe whilst in the Park. The management will not be liable for any loss or damage.

  8. Use of the park is not exclusive unless stated.

  9. Rowdy, inebriated, and disruptive guests will be escorted out of the Park without refund. Guests who break regulations will also be escorted without refund and will be charged for any damages.

  10. The management reserves the right to confiscate any items belonging to the Park without permission.

  11. Any violation of the foregoing guidelines and those that may be implemented from to time to time shall absolve 3 Springs Mountain Park from all liabilities resulting therefrom.

Prohibited

  1. Cooking equipment, unpacked food, Styrofoam

  2. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs

  3. Smoking, gambling

  4. Littering

  5. Picking of flowers, leaves, branches

  6. Hanging of clothes outside room accommodations

  7. Leaning over railings and steep edges

  8. Leaving the designated area

  9. Going near animals / inciting them

  10. Heavy equipment that might damage the landscape

  11. Commercial photography, unless permitted by the Park

 

Pool Rules

  1. Guests must be in swimming attire.

  2. Kids below 14 years old must always be accompanied by an adult.

  3. No diving and/or running.

  4. Guests are requested to shower before swimming in the pool.

  5. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool.

  6. Guests with any disease are not permitted to use the pool.

  7. Guests swim at their own risk. The Park will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Park facilities.

Other Guidelines

  1. Ocular visits will be charged the standard day tour rate of Php 300 per person.

  2. Extension for day tour and overnight stay is subject for approval. Standard rates for the new package will be charged and must be settled immediately.

  3. Damages will be charged to the guest.

  4. Other government policies apply.
